Driving?
From the East Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-76) west. Follow the sign for I-476 South (toward Chester). Proceed south on I-476 to Exit 13 (St. Davids/Villanova).
From the West Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-76) east to the Valley Forge interchange at Exit 326. Follow sign to I-76 East (Schuylkill Expressway). Take I-76 to Exit 331A for I-476 South (toward Chester). Proceed south on I-476 to Exit 13 (St. Davids/Villanova).
From Exit 13 either way Follow Route 30E (Lancaster Avenue) through Villanova for 2.4 miles. Turn left onto Morris Avenue. There is a Starbucks coffee shop on the right and a Sunoco station on the left corner of Morris and Lancaster. Please note that the street is called “Elliot” on the right and “Morris” on the left—and the Morris sign is hard to see! Note: there is NO sign for Bryn Mawr College on Lancaster Avenue in this direction. Follow Morris Avenue as it curves left under the train-track bridge then bears right. Cross Montgomery Avenue (at the traffic light). The Benham Gateway, which houses the Office of Admissions, is located on the corner of Morris Avenue and Yarrow Street. The driveway entrance is on Morris Avenue and ample visitor parking is available. SEE MAP.
Regional Rail
SEPTA Catch the Paoli/Thorndale Regional Rail Line to Bryn Mawr. Travel time from Philadelphia to the College, approximately 20 minutes. The campus is a five-minute walk from the Bryn Mawr train station. Hint: you want to be on the north, residential side of the station; you will be on the correct side as you get off the train if you are coming from Philadelphia. Take the stairs by the station under the track if you’re on the other side. From the Bryn Mawr station, walk north on Morris Avenue (straight ahead as you get off the westbound train) for two blocks. You will cross Montgomery Avenue (mind the traffic lights – traffic travels very fast here). The Benham Gateway, which houses the Office of Admissions, is located on the corner of Morris Avenue and Yarrow Street.
TO OLD CITY PHILADELPHIA
Both the PII Gallery, 242 Race St (bet 2nd and 3rd Sts SEE MAP), and Twelve Gates Arts, 106 N 2nd St (by Arch Street, SEE MAP), are located in Old City Philadelphia.

From the Ben Franklin Bridge: Stay in the rightmost lane crossing the bridge. Make the immediate right onto the 5th st exit. Turn right onto N 4th St. Turn left onto Race St. Stay on Race for PII Gallery or make a right on 2nd St for Twelve Gates Arts.
From points North: Take I-95 South to exit 22 for Callowhill St toward I-676. Continue straight onto N 2nd St. Turn right onto Arch St. Turn right onto N 3rd St. Turn right onto Race St. Stay on Race for PII Gallery or make a right on 2nd St for Twelve Gates Arts.
From points South: Take I-95 North to exit 22 for Callowhill St toward I-676. Merge right onto Callowhill Street. Turn left onto N 4th St. Turn left onto Race St. Stay on Race for PII Gallery or make a right on 2nd St for Twelve Gates Arts.
Regional Rail & Subway
The nearest SEPTA train station is Jefferson Station (formerly Market East) at 10th and Market. The closest subway station is on the Market Frankfort line at 2nd and Market (five minute walk to either gallery).
